My name is Paul Cote and I am a professional Square
Dance Caller, based in Houston, TX.
I have been calling square dances since 1988. Originally
from New Hampshire, I have called dances and conventions
in more than half of the 50 states and Canada. My
style is energetic with an emphasis on entertainment.
No matter what your group needs, I have a program
especially tailored for you. I enjoy calling for
beginners to seasoned dancers through the Advanced
program.
For Beginners; Church Groups, Civic Programs, Business
Team Building, School Programs for all ages, Senior
and Community Programs are all great opportunities
for an introductory square dance. Participants don't
need any experience and it's OK to have "two
left feet" because square dancing has nothing
to do with your feet! Unlike any other form of dance,
square dancers follow their HANDS not their FEET.
For Square Dance Clubs; I call and teach the Basic,
Mainstream, PLUS, and Advanced programs of square
dancing. I'm ready and willing to travel for your
special dance or festival.
